TRISH ROLLO

nau mai, haere mai

Kia ora koutou

Ko Trish ahau.

I am a Māori-Christian wahine, a mother, and a descendant of the great navigator Kupe, who journeyed from Hawaiki to Aotearoa guided by the stars.

In a world full of voices demanding our attention, we all need spiritual guides—those who offer discernment and rest for tired bodies and souls.

Grounded in Te Rongopai and Te Ao Māori, I provide space where you can lift your oars, anchor in, and restore your waka by the warmth of the fire.

No matter where you’ve been or how long you’ve been journeying, haere mai, haere mai, haere mai rā.

Kia ora
